Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted Expression of Interest Draw #265 on February 26, 2026. A total of 72 Letters of Advice to Apply were issued to Skilled Worker Stream candidates who were directly invited under strategic recruitment initiatives or the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective PNP Candidates. Invitations were distributed across Employer Services, Francophone Community, Regional Communities, Ethnocultural Communities, and Temporary Public Policy categories. Eleven candidates held valid Express Entry profiles.
