The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer Job Offer: International Student stream provides international students with a skilled job offer in Ontario the opportunity to apply for permanent residence. Eligible applicants must have a full-time, permanent job offer in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation, meet education requirements, and intend to live in Ontario. Employers must register and submit a job offer through the Employer Portal, and applicants must register an expression of interest and apply if invited. Work experience is not mandatory under this stream.

• The stream is open to international students inside and outside Canada with a skilled job offer in Ontario.
• Job offer must be in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation under the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
• Employers must register their business and submit a job offer through the Employer Portal.
• Applicants must register an expression of interest within 30 days of the job offer submission.
• If invited, both employer and applicant must submit applications within specified deadlines.
• Job offer must be full-time (minimum 30 hours/week) and permanent with wages meeting or exceeding the low wage level for the occupation and region.
• Applicants must have an eligible Canadian postsecondary credential obtained mostly while studying in Canada.
• Applicants must intend to live in Ontario after permanent residence is granted.
• Applicants applying from within Canada must have valid or maintained legal status.
• Applications must be submitted within two years of completing education requirements.
