The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer Job Offer: International Student stream provides international students with a skilled job offer in Ontario the opportunity to apply for permanent residence. Eligible applicants must have a full-time, permanent job offer in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation, meet education requirements, and intend to live in Ontario. Employers must register and submit a job offer through the Employer Portal, and applicants must register an expression of interest and apply if invited. Work experience is not mandatory under this stream.
