The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer Job Offer: International Student stream provides international students with a skilled job offer in Ontario the opportunity to apply for permanent residence. Applicants must have a full-time, permanent job offer in a skilled occupation (TEER 0-3), meet education requirements from eligible Canadian institutions, and intend to live in Ontario. Employers must register and submit a job offer through the Employer Portal, and applicants must register an expression of interest and apply upon invitation. Work experience is not mandatory under this stream. Successful nominees apply to IRCC for final permanent residence approval.
