The OINP allows applicants to register through either the Expression of Interest system or the federal Express Entry system to be invited to apply for permanent residence nomination. There are nine streams available, including Employer Job Offer streams for foreign workers, international students, and in-demand skills, as well as Masters and PhD Graduate streams, and Express Entry streams such as Human Capital Priorities, Skilled Trades, and French-Speaking Skilled Worker.
