The NLPNP International Graduate Category is designed for international graduates who hold a valid post-graduation work permit with at least four months remaining and have a full-time job offer in a TEER 0 to 4 occupation related to their field of study. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria including job offer requirements, qualifications, language proficiency, and settlement funds. Successful applicants may become permanent residents of Canada.

• NLPNP International Graduate Category helps individuals who can contribute to Newfoundland and Labrador's economy and intend to settle permanently.
• Applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Immigration Accelerator Portal.
• If selected, applicants receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and have 60 days to submit a complete application.
• Applications are assessed with updates provided via an online dashboard.
• Final decision includes notification of approval or refusal.
• Eligibility requires a full-time job offer from an eligible NL employer for at least one year, paying at least the regional prevailing wage.
• Job must meet provincial employment standards and NOC code requirements.
• Applicants must have relevant qualifications, training, skills, and/or accreditation.
• Applicants must hold a valid post-graduation work permit with at least four months remaining.
• Job offer must be in a TEER 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 occupation related to the applicant's field of study, with some exceptions for local graduates.
• Applicants must have sufficient settlement funds and valid English or French language test results if applicable.
• Spouse/common-law partner and dependent children can be included in the application.

• Introduction of specific eligibility criteria for international graduates including valid PGWP, job offer in TEER 0-4 occupations, and related field of study requirements.

• International graduates with a valid post-graduation work permit who have a full-time job offer in Newfoundland and Labrador in an in-demand occupation and intend to settle permanently in the province.
