The Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream allows skilled foreign workers with a job offer in Ontario to apply for permanent residence. The job offer must be in a skilled occupation under TEER categories 0, 1, 2, or 3 of the NOC.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream enables foreign workers with a valid job offer in a skilled occupation or eligible physicians to apply for permanent residence in Ontario. Applicants must have a full-time, permanent job offer in Ontario from an employer registered in the Employer Portal, meet work experience or licensing requirements, and follow the application process including registering an expression of interest and submitting applications upon invitation. Successful nominees then apply to IRCC for permanent residence.
- The stream is open to foreign workers both inside and outside Canada with a job offer in a TEER 0,1,2, or 3 skilled occupation.
